As a Sales Manager you strategically decide on which companies to target (and which not). You are a hunter able to build the relevant contacts supported by marketing. You are a thought leader who is able to position Sweepbrights unique position into the UK region. You have track record in overachievement, you are results oriented and you know how to build and manage a sales funnel. You are able to build up your network within the ‘real estate jungle’ and educate the SweepBright philosophy to our target audience. Your monthly sales target boosts your daily performance and is your guiding polestar.

Do you have what it takes?
  • You’ve exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Youve experience in a fast-growing SaaS environment
  • You’ve a strong track record in overachievement as an Account – or Sales Manager  
  • Youve worked in or have affinity with the real estate sector
  • You eat strategic insights before breakfast
  • Youve excellent time-management, prioritizing abilities and are extremely well-organized
  • You’re a true problem solver with a can-do mentality
  • You’re an entrepreneurial self-starter in a fast paced and goal-oriented environment
  • You feel at home in a scale-up company and like teamwork
  • You’ve achieved a proven track record of measurable goals and working with KPI’s
  • You’re tech-savvy and have an understanding of tomorrow’s internet culture
  • Youve a Bachelor or Master degree
  • You’ll report to the CCO
